Hello, we cordially invite you to the opening of the exhibition of large-format pictorial photography entitled "IMAGINATIVE LANDSCAPE J.M.W. TURNER", opening on Thursday 15/12/2022, 6:00 p.m., meeting with the press at 5:00 p.m. Under the leadership of Vladimír Kysela, 7 photographers and one painter participate in the project - Mirka Bedřichová, Jitka Bejdáková, Hanka Janíčková, Lea Luxemburgová, Mirka Trusková, Břeťa Ulrich and Standa Zela. They visited the Turner collections at TATE Britain twice, spent a week in the Lake District and then also five days in Venice – two locations that Turner depicted in his works. They took thousands of shots with them and interpreted them into individual stories as each of them understood the work of the great painter. Almost 100 photo pictures were created, of which 70 will be presented in a joint e-book and 25 works at the exhibition. The exhibition lasts until January 15, 2023, daily from 1 to 6 p.m., except Mondays and public holidays.
