Czech-Japanese exhibition - Zdeněk Sklenář, Jiří Straka, Patrik Hábl, Karel Adamus, Petra Vitásková + 4 Japanese guests from the Hatai Association
For several years now, the Gallery of Critics has been developing regular cooperation with the Japanese Association of Oriental Calligraphic Art on the basis of a presentation of contemporary calligraphy, the teaching of which has found its followers in our country as well. The project of the ink painting exhibition is preceded by the experience of organizing the exhibition with the thematic assignment of the motif of the Sacred Mountain of Fuji in September 2017, based on the ink painting and visual poetry in calligraphy. The current exhibition will be complemented by a reading of Ivo Hucl from his collection of poems Returns to the Circle and A Few Strokes with Ink.
