Lukáš Novák comes from North Bohemian New Bor - the internationally recognized mecca of Czech art glass. He comes from one of the glass families here. After graduating from the glass - making school, where he learned the craft, he continued his studies at the Prague UMPRUM.  There he graduated under the direction of Rony Ball.
