The best of the depository of the Municipal Gallery of Litomyšl! That is how the exhibition of the Municipal Picture Gallery could be called. It presents the most interesting paintings, but also the incredible story of the gallery founded in 1925. The recent exhibition of the picture gallery presents the works of Czech art giants Julius Mařák, Max Švabinský, Josef Čapek, Emil Filla, Josef Váchal, Josef Lada, and others, as well as artists connected with Litomyšl, such as Antonín Dvořák, Karel Šťastný or Josef Matička.
