Two years ago, we got the idea to approach Czech artists. Almost 30 Czech and Slovak artists created their own original honour to Andy Warhol. We are happy to say that none of them declined our offer for a collaboration. We have brought an utterly unique collection of a contemporary Czech art into being, that includes paintings on canvas, silk-screen printings, photographies and sculptures. Andy Warhol’s artworks and his life have been one of the inspiration for our artists. Some artists have contributed to the collection with their own artworks from previous years. Most piece of works in our exhibition were created in 2018.

The FACTORY TOUR is a travelling exhibition. In June 2018, we had started with its presentation in Gallery 1 in České Budějovice. Thereafter, we had moved the exposition into the museum and gallery centre in Žerotín castle in Valašské Meziřící. After that, you could admire the collection in the town gallery OKO in Opava. The whole project will crown with the exhibition in Art Gallery Černá labuť in Prague.
