Upon visiting Horak Gallery, you can now also watch the newly installed exposition from the work of Vincent Makovsky. The permanent exhibition is based on the author's legacy, which the Horácká Gallery manages in its collections and which was restored for this purpose. It includes designs of interior and exterior works in many places in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. The exhibition shows the development of the author's sculpture, whose thematic focus has always responded to the current events of his time.

Czech academic sculptor, born in 1900 in Nové Město na Moravě. He is considered to be the leading representative of the inter-war avant-garde. His sculptural works have gone through different periods from the beginning civilization through Cubism in the 1920s to abstraction.
